No. We operate under a curbside pickup system: you exit through any door on the second level of the airport, send us the door number, and we drive directly to that exit. This method is faster and more efficient. Miami Airport offers free Wi-Fi, and your driver will be in contact with you at all times.
Don’t worry. We will contact you as soon as your flight lands. If we don’t hear from you within a reasonable time, we will head to International Arrivals by default. Please wait there if we haven’t connected. We stay in contact the day before, and we never leave a passenger behind.

No. We do not dispatch vehicles without a confirmed reservation. A 50% deposit is required via secure payment link. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of service.

We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra cost.
No. We work strictly by prior reservation. We require at least 4 hours’ notice, and same-day availability is not guaranteed.
No. The rate we provide is final. The only additional cost is the driver’s tip, which is optional but highly appreciated in the U.S.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit for services under $199 USD and 30% for services above $200 USD.
We operate XL SUVs for small groups, 12- and 14-passenger vans, and 40- to 54-passenger buses for large groups and events.
Yes. Our drivers offer basic luggage assistance when boarding and unloading.
The day before your service, you’ll receive a message with the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate number, along with instructions for meeting at the curbside pickup area.

Yes, small pets are allowed if kept in a closed carrier or travel bag. Please inform us in advance.
We do not allow food. Only water bottles with secure lids are permitted, to maintain cleanliness for all passengers.
Yes. We provide one free car seat for children under 5. A second seat is available for $15 USD and must be requested in advance.
Unscheduled stops are not included, but a brief stop nearby may be allowed with prior agreement. An extra fee may apply depending on time.
Yes, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance and the new time is available.
Some vehicles offer Wi-Fi and USB charging. Please let us know if this is important for your trip so we can assign the right vehicle.
Yes! We provide transportation for weddings, conferences, VIP events, and more. Ask us for a custom quote.
This is very rare, since we already include up to 2 hours of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands.
However, if there’s no communication and the wait exceeds 2 hours, we may declare a no-show.
If you request additional waiting time, a $30 USD fee will be charged for every 30 minutes beyond the included limit.
We had a large group with young kids and grandparents, so we went with a private transport. The van had plenty of room and car seats available, which was a huge plus. Great experience overall.
