Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC provides private and shared transportation to and from various destinations, including but not limited to Miami Airport, Port of Miami, Key West, Sawgrass Mills Mall, and other tourist destinations in and around Miami. Additionally, we offer passenger transportation services and luxury limousine services for clients seeking comfort and exclusivity.
In some cases, Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC subcontracts third-party services or contracts vehicles for private services with trusted providers to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience. These providers are directly responsible for the safety and condition of the vehicle, as well as obtaining the necessary permits and insurance to operate. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is not responsible for services provided by third parties, nor for any inconveniences arising from them.
Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is duly registered and authorized under Passenger Transportation Services and Limo Services permits, as well as being a Seller of Travel (FLA. SELLER OF TRAVEL REF. NO. ST43041), which allows it to offer both private transportation services and coordinated third-party tour packages.
Payments: The service must be paid in full before the service is provided, unless specific arrangements allow partial payment. In some cases, 30% or 50% of the total payment must be paid in cash to the driver, especially for private transportation services.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the service date without penalty. Cancellations made after this period will not receive a refund.
The passenger is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including pick-up addresses, flight times, and the number of passengers. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
In the case of private services, the passenger is responsible for paying the driver directly for any additional charges related to changes or additional services not specified in the original booking.
The vehicles used for transportation are of high quality and are maintained in excellent condition. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC occasionally uses third-party subcontracted vehicles or vehicles specifically hired for private services, which are directly responsible for the safety and condition of the vehicle, as well as having the necessary permits and insurance to operate.
Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC does not verify or assume any responsibility for the permits, licenses, or insurance of subcontracted or contracted drivers.
Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is not responsible for any incident, accident, damage, loss, theft, or injury that occurs during the service, except in cases where the responsibility falls directly on Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC or its employees. This includes situations beyond our control, such as:
Accidents or damages occurring during the ride.
Losses related to activities or services provided by third parties.
Delays or changes in the itinerary due to weather conditions, traffic, or third-party actions.
Additional services such as Meet and Greet, child seats, or other extras must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC coordinates these services but is not responsible for changes or failures by third-party providers.
In some cases, Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC may subcontract parts of the services to third-party providers or hire additional vehicles for private services. These providers are directly responsible for delivering their services and must comply with all applicable Florida regulations in effect for 2025. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is not responsible for subcontracted services, nor for any damages, delays, or malfunctions caused by third parties.
Third-party providers that provide services for Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC include but are not limited to transport companies, tour guides, and activity providers. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC ensures that these providers have the necessary permits, licenses, and insurance according to Florida law but does not assume responsibility for any damages caused by their actions.
This contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal data provided during the booking process will be used solely for managing the booking and ensuring proper service. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC will not share or sell any personal information to third parties.
