Extras and services to request in advance
Gratuities, private parking, food and drinks are not included. Extra stops, multiple pickup addresses, unusual luggage and waiting beyond the courtesy period may require additional charges and prior agreement.
Each child seat after the first is $20. Optional Meet & Greet is $80 per service. The night fee is $30 from 9 PM to 7 AM; Naples and Orlando trips have a $50 fee from 6 PM to 7 AM. Applicable online extras appear before payment.

Book online: pay the full displayed total through secure Stripe Checkout. The website adds a 4% card processing fee before you pay. Eligible pickups more than 24 hours away are confirmed after payment is verified. Pickups within 24 hours also require written availability approval from our team; payment alone does not confirm them.
Book with an agent: contact us to arrange a 50% deposit and the remaining balance in cash on the service day. Zelle has no surcharge; card payment links, Venmo and Wise carry a 4% processing fee. Our team provides the payment instructions and confirms availability for your itinerary.

Pickup, waiting time and changes
At MIA, collect your luggage and contact your driver with your door or exit number. Follow the level and lane instructions for your assigned vehicle. Airport pickups include 1 hour of courtesy waiting for domestic arrivals or 2 hours for international arrivals, measured from the recorded landing time.
Hotel and home pickups include 15 minutes from the scheduled time; port pickups include 1 hour. Additional waiting is $50 per extra 30-minute period or portion. Stay in contact if your arrival or plans change.
