If your arrival takes longer
After the applicable courtesy window, the first additional 15 minutes carry no extra charge. Beginning at minute 16, one full additional hour is charged according to the hourly category of the reserved vehicle. Stay in contact whenever delays, baggage issues, or accessibility needs affect your pickup.
Optional Meet & Greet is available for $40 through 14 passengers and $80 for groups of 15 or more. The service must be requested and confirmed in advance.
