If your arrival takes longer
After the courtesy period, additional waiting is charged per started 30-minute block: $50 for SUV XL, $60 for Van 9 and $70 for Van 14. Up to 3 additional hours may be arranged, subject to availability and coordination with the driver; charges are paid when boarding. Bus waiting is quoted for the service. Stay in contact whenever delays, baggage issues, or accessibility needs affect your pickup so our team can coordinate the service.
Optional Meet & Greet must be arranged in advance and costs $80. It is not included in the standard transfer.
Before you fly to Miami
Enter the airline and flight number, arrival date, destination and a phone number that will work when you land. Count all passengers and luggage, including strollers or mobility equipment. The team uses these details to coordinate your arrival and the right vehicle.
Keep your booking confirmation handy. If the airline changes your flight or arrival airport, contact us so we can review the transfer arrangements. Requests for child seats, a larger vehicle or additional stops should be made before travel.
After baggage claim: confirm your door and vehicle
Gather your full group and luggage and send your driver the door number where you are ready. You may exit through any door; follow the specific instructions your assigned driver sent the day before arrival.
Keep your phone available while the driver approaches, and check the vehicle details against your pickup instructions. Optional Meet & Greet must be arranged in advance; the standard private transfer uses the coordinated vehicle pickup point.
Returning from your hotel or cruise port to MIA
Reserve the airport return as a separate one-way trip and provide your airline, flight departure time, pickup address and preferred time. Be ready at the agreed entrance with all passengers and bags. At a cruise terminal, finish disembarkation and follow the driver's meeting directions for your vehicle.
