Golden Ride Miami is a service of Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through miami-airport-transportation.vip, WhatsApp, phone, and email.

We may collect your name, email, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, dates and times, flight information, passenger and luggage details, child-seat requests, accessibility information you choose to provide, and other notes needed to quote or deliver transportation.
How we use it
We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, confirm reservations, coordinate drivers and vehicles, provide day-of service, process or reconcile payments, keep business records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
WhatsApp, email, and external services
The request form prepares a message that you choose to send through WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp, email, payment providers, and other external services is also subject to those providers’ privacy practices. This website does not collect payment-card details through the request form.
Sharing
We may share the minimum necessary trip information with assigned drivers, transportation providers, payment processors, professional advisers, or authorities when needed to provide the service, protect rights and safety, or meet legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for operations, records, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal or tax requirements. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information we hold, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications.
